Can I use my insurance to cover services?
Yes. Our therapists accept most commercial insurance plans including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Priority Health. Although, some services are not covered by insurance. Please contact your therapist directly for their self pay rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our payment system is integrated into your patient portal. We do require a credit card to be on file to cover services. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and HSA cards.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes. All of our therapists provide telehealth as an option for services. We utilize TherapyNotes which provides you with secure access to your appointment through your patient portal.
How often do we meet?
Your treatment plan depends on your availability and your therapist’s recommendation. You and your therapist will determine how often you will meet. Typically you will meet weekly or bi-weekly.
